The belief that teams make us more creative and productive – and that they are the best way of getting things done – is deeply rooted. But research consistently shows that teams underperform despite all the resources invested in them (see e.g. Hackman, Hará. Bus. Rev. 2009 May;87(5):98-105, 130). This is why it is essential to have specific tools to improve collaboration, involvement, communication and creativity. This training will provide them in a way that will surprise you with how entertaining and effective it is, by expressing ideas in ‘3D’ using LEGO pieces.
