Earned Value Management (EVM) Workshop

Project professionals work under great pressure to deliver a product on time and within the estimated costs. This workshop develops case studies to illustrate project cost management and the Earned Value Technique.

Workshop dynamics:

  • We will present a project whose execution will progress in each of the workshop classes
  • Each class will represent one month of work on the project
  • During this month there will be incidents and deviations in the project
  • The teams of participants in the course will have to re-plan the project and calculate the EVM indices at the end of the month
  • In each class we will analyse how the indices evolve and what is the project status they describe
  • We will use the Project Libre tool (www.projectlibre.com) during this workshop

  • Duration: 6 hours, 3 sessions of 2 hours.
  • Format: Online synchronous

  • Price: 250€.
