Through this High Learning Teams workshop, you will learn to facilitate spaces and conversations that allow for both individual and collective learning, establishing practices and agreements. You will also have your first reflections on how to increase psychological safety, which is key to success.
Organisations face the challenge of creating learning cultures where individuals and teams prioritise the rapid updating of skills and knowledge, developing their abilities. 90% of learning comes from experience and colleagues, and only 10% from courses! To take advantage of that 90%, three major factors are required: 1) that people have the techniques and tools to transmit knowledge and to communicate effectively, 2) that teams agree on and implement specific learning practices and 3) that the organisational environment facilitates the learning culture through a safe environment, where people feel free to contribute without being judged.
