Lean Change Management

Traditional change management based on communications and training campaigns is not enough, especially in volatile environments.

In today’s complex and changing environment, the ability to navigate change is necessary. Predictive approaches to managing change, based on training and corporate communications, are not sufficiently responsive to organisational transformations in complex and versatile environments. Likewise, you can have innovative and adaptable individuals, but this does not guarantee that at a collective level the culture is adaptable, requiring a system that supports resilience, adaptability, flexibility and responsiveness. How to facilitate change to occur with a higher probability of success? how to minimise people’s resistance? how to generate a better organisational capacity to respond to change? with what framework to guide change?

In this Lean Change Management workshop you will learn the basics of being a facilitator of organisational change, learning from a practical approach to address your change challenges.

  • Change strategy and purpose
  • Ideation of change actions
  • Experimentation: managing and measuring change initiatives

  • Typologies of people facing change: characteristics and factors that make people adaptable
  • Resistance to change: why is change difficult? Practices to mitigate resistance
