PM2 Essentials

PM² Essentials is the course for those who, having project experience, have not studied in depth other methodologies such as PMBOK or PRINCE2.

PM² is a lightweight, easy-to-use project management methodology developed by the EC that enables project managers and project teams to deliver solutions and benefits to their organisations through the effective management of project work.

It incorporates a wide range of globally accepted project management best practices such as PMBOK, PRINCE2 and IPMA-ICB and is suitable for any public or private organisation.

The price includes:

20 hours of training divided into 5 sessions of 4 hours
1 hour of preparation for the certification in 1 session, the date of which will be determined at the end of the course.

Objectives

Understanding what a project is and what the discipline of project management is
Be able to relate, firstly, what is done and when and, secondly, by whom and how
Be able to follow and understand what is going on in a project and interact with other team members using appropriate language
Be prepared to undertake a few hours of study of the methodology before successfully taking the PM² Essentials certification exam
