Power skills for project managers

Accompanying project management with the necessary competences, abilities and skills is essential for success. Given such a changing environment, with a tendency towards automation and artificial intelligence, human skills are increasingly relevant: from emotional intelligence to how we relate to others, everything has an impact on the project. In this power skills workshop for project managers, inspired by the International Project Management Association, you will discover and practise tools and techniques associated with the different skills that a Project Manager requires.
