Objectives

Acquiring the basic knowledge of predictive project management from the perspective of the PMBOK® Guide
Be able to manage a simple project from inception to closure, defining the project vision, identifying and managing stakeholders, scope, schedule, cost and risks
Be able to apply the main PM techniques: WBS, schedule, estimation, etc.

This course is aimed at anyone who is actively involved in the delivery of projects, regardless of their role in the project.
