The Eye of Competence (Individual Competence Baseline – ICB4) is a comprehensive inventory of project, programme and portfolio management skills.

The three areas of competence are:

• Perspective
• People
• Practice

The IPMA Competences ICB4 e-Learning course covers the three ICB competence areas and is designed to provide a solid introduction to project management tools, techniques and skills.

The course is available in English, German and French.

The lessons include a variety of exercises that help you review the content and prepare for the exam.

The guideline for this e-learning is interactivity: participants are deeply involved and have to work on many exercises, the best way to experience and acquire knowledge. Numerous tests have been designed to guarantee perfect understanding. For effective orientation, references are made to IPMA Competence Baseline ICB 4, so that participants know where to find the detailed explanation in the book.

YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THIS COURSE:

You are responsible for projects that aspire to one of the four levels of IPMA certification.

OBJECTIVES:

On completing the training, students will be able to:

Understand technical, behavioural and contextual competences

Establish their knowledge and be prepared for the certification exam

DURATION:

Once activated, the course will be valid for 12 months. The average duration to complete the course is 30 hours.

To finish the course, the student must complete all the lessons with a minimum of 80%.

This is a training course registered with IMPA®. Once the course is finished, the student can request a certificate.
