PM Skill Test is the solution for cost-effectively assessing the technical and management skills of your project managers.
Most project management tests and assessments measure one thing: knowledge. While knowledge is certainly useful for assessing know-how, it cannot exclusively indicate whether someone is a good project manager. It is also necessary to know how they might deal with problems or difficult situations.
The PM Skill Test consists of 50 problems and difficult situations that are commonly encountered in the day-to-day running of a project. For each situation, four options are suggested (i.e. four different ways of solving the problem). The objective is to assess the relevance of each option and rank them in order of preference.
The PM Skill Test is based on the skills needed to be a project manager, not only in the execution phase of a project, but also in the initiation, planning and closure phases. In addition to technical knowledge, the test will also measure the interpersonal skills needed to be a project manager.
The tool is available in different languages: Spanish, English, German, French, Dutch, Russian, Portuguese, Vietnamese and Chinese.
