Last Wednesday 22nd January we held a very special event: our first ‘Evergreen Wednesday’ round table on ‘The draft of the 8th edition of the PMBOK Guide. Changes and their impact’. It was a dynamic meeting where experts such as Angel Agueda Barrero , Elisabet Duocastella i Pla, Glòria Segura Espiell and José Daniel Esterkin shared their views on the main changes in this new edition, such as the reduction of principles, the focus on value and the incorporation of sustainability.

We talked about topics such as:

✨ The process of developing and updating PMI standards.

✨ Evolution of the concept of value delivery in the various editions of the PMBOK.

✨ Governance in project management.

✨ The principles in the draft of the PMBOK8.
