Webinar: ‘Multi-project management or the project factory’

On 5 March, our CEO, Ángel Águeda, delivered a webinar for the PMI Barcelona chapter entitled “Multi-project Management or the Project Factory”; a recording of the webinar can be viewed via this link or this one.

The aim of the webinar was to address a reality that is all too common in many organisations that carry out projects for other companies – what the PMI refers to as ‘project-oriented organisations’ – namely, the simultaneous execution of numerous projects.
